Period Care Products (Pads, Tampons, Period Panties)

1. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on pads, tampons, or period panties once an order has been completed and processed for shipping. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of our products for all customers.
2. Refund Eligibility: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after purchase. Refunds are available only if contact is made before the order has shipped. Once a tracking number is issued, the order is considered shipped, and refunds are no longer available.
3. Store Credit: If your order has shipped and you are dissatisfied for any reason, we offer store credit as a goodwill gesture. We are committed to correcting any mistakes made on our part, including delivery errors or data entry issues.
4. Address Corrections: We do not provide refunds for orders with incorrectly entered shipping addresses by the customer. However, we will make every effort to update and correct the address before the item ships if notified promptly.

Dispenser Enterprise Sales

1. Return Eligibility: Dispenser returns are accepted under the following conditions:
      ◦ Open-Box Units: A $200 restocking fee will be applied.
      ◦ Unopened Units: If the dispenser is in its original, unopened packaging, a $100 restocking fee will be applied.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team directly. We will guide you through the return process and ensure that your return is handled efficiently.
